1. Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using the GeoFrameworks platform (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
2. Description of the service
GeoFrameworks provides construction inspection and materials-testing operations software, including dispatch, field reporting, laboratory test records, timekeeping, and client reporting. Access is provided on a subscription basis to authorized users of each subscribing organization.
3. Data handling
You retain ownership of the data you submit to the Service. We process that data to operate and improve the Service, as further described in our Privacy Policy. We apply reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect it, and we engage the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page to help deliver the Service.
4. Limitation of liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GeoFrameworks is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and its total liability arising from the Service is limited as set out in your subscription agreement. Engineering and testing judgments remain the responsibility of the licensed professionals using the Service.
5. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms or non-payment, and we will provide a reasonable opportunity to export your data following termination, subject to the retention periods described in the Privacy Policy.
