1. Data we collect
We collect account details (name, email, phone number, and role), the operational data you enter into the Service (projects, dispatches, field reports, lab results, timesheets, and related photos and documents), and technical data such as log and device information generated when you use the Service.
2. How we use data
We use data to provide and secure the Service, deliver notifications you request (including SMS dispatch alerts where you have consented), support automated document extraction, respond to support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.
3. How we share data
We share data with the subprocessors listed on our Subprocessors page, who process it only to help us deliver the Service. We may also share data when required by law or to protect the rights and safety of users. Reports shared through a client portal are scoped to the recipient link the sending organization controls.
4. Data retention
We retain operational data for as long as the subscribing organization maintains its account, plus a limited period afterward to allow export and to meet legal and record-keeping requirements. Backups are cycled on a rolling schedule and then deleted.
5. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or request deletion of your personal information, and to withdraw consent for optional processing such as SMS notifications. Requests are handled through your organization administrator or by contacting us directly.
